Exam Related

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar card, passport, driver's license) and your exam admit card or hall ticket. Ensure that the name on your ID matches the name on your exam registration.

Prohibited items include mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators (unless specified), study materials, bags, and any electronic devices. All personal belongings should be stored in the designated baggage area before entering the exam hall.

Candidates are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter the exam hall, depending on the exam's governing body's policies.

Our technical support team is on standby to assist with any technical difficulties. Please immediately notify the invigilator or proctor if you encounter any issues.

Candidates with special needs are provided with necessary accommodations to ensure fair and accessible examination conditions. These may include extra time (up to 20 minutes per hour), the option to use a scribe, separate and distraction-free seating arrangements, and permission to use assistive devices such as magnifiers or screen readers, depending on exam authority guidelines. To avail these provisions, candidates must submit valid supporting documentation at the time of application and inform the exam center at least 7 days in advance to make appropriate arrangements.

Temporary exits are generally not permitted unless in exceptional circumstances and under supervision. Please consult the exam guidelines provided by the respective examination body.

Our exam center is equipped with backup power supplies and redundant systems to ensure uninterrupted exam delivery. In the rare event of a failure, the exam will be paused and resumed once the issue is resolved.

The exam hall is monitored via CCTV, and invigilators are present to enforce exam protocols. Any form of malpractice is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Unless specified by the exam guidelines, candidates are usually provided with necessary stationery. Bringing personal stationery may not be allowed. Please refer to the specific exam instructions.

If you feel unwell, immediately inform the invigilator. First aid assistance is available on-site. Depending on the severity, further medical help will be arranged.

It's recommended to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the reporting time to complete check-in procedures and settle in.

Facility Related

Yes, we provide a secure baggage storage facility where you can store your personal items. Please note that the facility is monitored, but we recommend not bringing valuable items. This is a paid facility (₹20 per bag), and we advise bringing cash to ensure a smooth and quick transaction.

Yes, onsite limited paid parking is available for candidates. Parking slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, on major exam days, roads leading to the center may be highly congested. If you're traveling from central Bengaluru or other busy areas, it is strongly advised to leave at least 2.5 hours prior to your reporting time.

No, please note that there are no adequate or decent restaurants or eateries in the vicinity, so we recommend carrying your own food and water.

Avoid using personal cars due to limited parking and traffic delays. Use autos or two-wheelers wherever possible. Public transport may not be reliable. The nearest bus stop is 'Garudappa Circle, Thigalarapalya' 800 mts away, and the closest metro station is 'Peenya Metro Station', approximately 7 km away. Please plan your commute and food accordingly.

Yes, washroom facilities are available within the exam center premises. Usage during the exam is subject to the exam's rules and under supervision.

Due to security and space constraints, accompanying persons are not allowed inside the exam center. They may wait in designated areas outside the premises, if available.
